POTTERSVILLE — Jiyah Worley stood shin-deep in a rocky stream that gleamed with light from the morning sun. With a small blue net in one hand, she and her fellow campers searched the crystal-clear water for tadpoles.
“I see them, but it’s hard to catch them because they’re fast,” said the 13-year-old girl from Bloomfield.
