• Camper Registration 2023

  • Registration for Summer 2023 opens February 1!

    Important Information:

    Returning campers please be sure to log into your child’s account.

    We plan to run a full season (six weeks of camp) starting Monday, July 3 (no camp on the 4th) and ending Friday, August 11, 2022.

    There are some important things to note – some differences from previous seasons:

    •             Applications open February 1 for returning campers and their siblings; March 1 for new campers.

    •             Camp will run in three two-week sessions (July 3 – July 14, July 17 – July 28 & July 31 – August 11)

    •             Your child/children are welcome to attend one session, two or three sessions.

    •             You will be responsible for the entire session fee once you register regardless of if your child attends all weeks/days.

    •             Sessions cannot be split or changed – the sessions are intended to reduce the possible introduction of COVID to camp.

    •             Camper fees are $100 a week ($200 a session or $600 for the summer).

    •             $100 is due at registration for each child and will be applied to the session fee. (Please note, we do not participate in Programs for Parents.)

    •             All staff and volunteers must be fully vaccinated against COVID (no exceptions).

    •             Campers do not need to be vaccinated against COVID.

    •             Camp COVID procedures and protocols are based on local health department guidance, the state and CDC recommendations.  We will update everyone as we get closer to camp as guidelines change.

    •             Camper Medical forms should be mailed to the office or faxed no later than 5/1/23. Immunization records must be included. This is a state regulation, and no child can attend camp without their medical records having been submitted. Our fax number is 973-540-0519.

    •             Please do not email medical forms or send photos – these are not acceptable.

    •             Drop-off time (7:30 – 8:00 am) and Pick-up time (5:00 – 6:00 pm).

    •             We are hoping to leave from St. Benedict’s again but will confirm the location with you as soon as possible.

    •             Parent Orientation is scheduled for Sunday, June 4th at camp.  We will also be hosting a picnic lunch at the nearby Essex Horse Trials immediately following orientation. All are welcome as our guests.

    •             Children who have aged out of camp, but would like to return as volunteers should complete the online application which opens March1.
